Make change cheap: Jenkins and Maven CI, Docker packaging, and runtimes that are not welded to a vendor application server. On Upwork this included a two-year Maven EAR → WebSphere delivery engagement.

• Building EAR artefacts with Maven for WebSphere deployment — independent engagement Jun 2021 – May 2023, rated 5.0.
• Spring Boot testability with Mockito and PowerMock; introduced CI and unit-testability on a previously untestable banking monolith.
• Treat pipelines, artefact promotion and runtime portability as part of the architecture review, not a later ops ticket.
