Adaptive therapy management

Replaced logistics-heavy treatment data collection with a digital platform that enabled reliable Edge→Cloud capture of treatment data and Cloud→Edge delivery of updated therapy parameters.

• Previously, treatment data from cyclers was collected by patients bringing cards or sticks to the clinic, or by clinicians visiting homes — delays and inconsistencies followed.
• Led the architecture of the digital platform that closed that loop: treatment data from edge devices to cloud, updated therapy parameters from cloud back to devices.
• Designed the supporting data, security and service models so clinicians had continuity of therapy information rather than a delayed snapshot.
