Adaptive therapy management

Eliminated home visits for treatment-data collection. An Azure platform takes data up from the cycler and sends updated therapy parameters back — proactive therapy, better patient outcomes.

• Before: a clinician drove to the house to collect a delayed copy. Therapy waited on that visit.
• Edge: C/C++ on the cycler path; serial, BLE and BNEP so treatment data does not wait on a house call.
• Path: Camel on Karaf as the services router; ThingWorx as the IoT platform; Azure as the deployment cloud. Led architecture and implementation, including Cloud→Edge therapy parameters.
