Wire-transfer processing

Modernized a monolithic wire-transfer system by decomposing it into modules aligned to business processes, legal vehicles and technical layers. Removed WebSphere lock-in and introduced CI.

• Split the monolith while enforcing standards and removing proprietary dependencies.
• Made the application unit-test friendly and implemented continuous integration.
• Enabled deployment on any compliant application server, improving testability and change velocity.
